Automatic Capsule Loader fills empty caps onto loading trays of capsule filling machine whereas Manual Capsule Filling Machine fill powders and lock capsules which are filled onto loading tray by capsule loader. With help of these two machines one can fill up to 20000 capsules per hour. Loading tray of capsule filling machine is having orientation of 25 holes x 12 holes. Capsule loaders advance each row in each stroke that means 12 capsules fills in every shot. When all 12 holes are filled with empty capsules then machine stops automatically, and operator can take out loading tray completely filled with 300 empty capsules.

Working Principle of Capsule Filling Machine with Loader

• Take further sliding rail by pressing lever.
• Place loading tray of capsule filling machine onto loading section of automatic capsule loader machine.
• Put guide plate onto four top legs of loading tray.
• Push sliding rail to inside.
• Start the machine. When you will start machine then loader will automatically fill rows one by one. In each stroke it will fill 12 capsules in the loading tray.
• When all the 300 holes will be filled with the capsules then machine will stop automatically.
• Now take out guide plate and take out loading tray.
• Place duly filled loading tray onto Capsule Filling Machine.
• Check the front knob it should be turned to the right.
• Pull locking lever forward. Push down long handle which will lifts the caps off all the bodies. Set aside the tray containing all the caps.
• Push locking lever back, by which capsule bodies will drop down and become level with filling surface.
• Place powder tray on filler keeps powder from spilling.
• Pour & spread the pre-measured powder. Move extra powder onto powder tray’s shelf. Lower tamper and lock.
• Turn handle to compress powder: this allows you to fill more powder in each capsule.
• Raise tamper & spread extra powder from shelf into capsules ensures uniform fill weights.
• Return the tray containing caps to filler. Turn front knob to the left and lower locking plate. Engage lock for locking plate.
• Hold tamper handle and push down on long handle. Bodies are pushed up into caps: all the capsules are now locked in one step.
• Disengage lock for locking plate. Lift locking plate and turn front knob to the right.
• Push down long handle and remove tray of completed capsules.
• Capsules are filled now. You can turn tray and all the capsules will get out from the tray.
