Double Cone Blender

Double Cone Blender (double cone mixer) including pharmaceutical powder mixer suitable for the mixing of different type of powders. The products are tumble diffused by continuously rotating the Vessel. Blender can be made in Stainless Steel 304, 316 or Mild Steel as per requirements. Vessel having two conical frustum either side of shell of the vessel having lid on one side for charging with quick closing and opening clamps and butterfly valve (Manual) on other side for discharge. Central baffle is provided inside the vessel and on the wall of cylindrical shell. The design of the vessel is zero retention design. The machine works on motor with reduction gearbox and the vessel mounted on Plummer block and specially designed chain sprocket. Safety guard is provided with limit switch interlocked with motor which ensures safe operations.

Manual Capsule Filling Machine

Manual Capsule Filling Machine (manual capsule filler) including hand capsule filling machine is simple & sturdy machine mad from high grade of Stainless Steel. Machine is having 300 holes with 25 x 12 combinations made in SS 304/316 constructions meeting GMP requirements. Machine can fill size #00 to #5 capsules with help of different machines and interchangeable parts. Assembly has been done in such a way that it can be easily dismantle for cleaning operations. Though all the operations are manual, the machine calls for precision machined components and assembled with highly skilled personnel. Machine having wide usage in R&D laboratories, Research Institutions, Herbal & Nutraceutical preparations, Unani & Ayurvedic medicines, Pilot batch productions etc.

Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Machine (Semi automatic capsule filler) including ring type capsule filling machine is designed for precision manufacturing requirements of modern pharmaceutical procedures. The machine provides a high Degree of automation with higher levels of filling weight accuracy. Capsule Filling Machine is suitable to fill capsules of all sizes with powder, granules or pellets. Machine is made as per GMP standard, has all Stainless-Steel covering and gives output of 25000 to 47000 capsules per hour depending on capsule size and operator proficiency.

Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Automatic Capsule Filling Machine (automatic capsule filler) including fully automatic capsule filling machine can fill up to 150000 capsules per hour with variety of powder formulation. This machine model can accurately fill entire range of hard gelatin capsule sizes 00 to 5 with powder, pellets, and granules separately or in all type combination of Powder & Pallets with high accuracies. Automatic Capsule Filler uses the tamping pin technology to form a slug which is inserted in hard gelatin capsule for an enhanced accuracy.
