How Does It Work?

The Automatic Strip Packing Machine helps seal tablets/capsules between two layers of heat-sealable foil.

• Tablet/Capsule Feeding: To start, operators need to place the products into the device’s feeding system. This step carefully positions them for packaging. The feeding mechanism can handle different sizes and shapes of products.
• Foil Feeding and Sealing: Next, they feed two rolls of foil into the machine — one on the top and one on the bottom of the product. The machine seals the two foil layers together using heat.  This step ensures that the products are securely encased.
• Cutting: Moving on, once the sealing is done,  the machine cuts the foil into single strips. Every strip packs a set number of tablets/capsules. The machine guarantees clean cuts. So,  the packed capsules/tablets remain well-protected and easy to handle.
