Automatic Tablet Coater

Automatic Table CoaterThe Automatic Tablet Coater is an important part of making medicines because it coats pills to make them look better, taste better, and stay stable. This is done not only to hide bad smells as the bioactive ingredient, but also to protect it from the environment. This adds a layer of defence that keeps the medicine working and keeps it fresh for longer.

Designed for Cleanliness and Durability

The Automatic Tablet Coater is made of high-quality stainless steel. It is designed strictly following the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules. Its slim shape and smooth, polished surfaces keep things from building up, so maintenance and cleaning take less time.

How It Works?

The Automatic Tablet Coater works in several phases that are precisely controlled to provide a uniform high-quality coating:

  • Loading: Tablets are loaded into a perforated rotating drum.

  • Spraying: The coating solution is evenly applied to the tablets through spray nozzles as the drum rotates.

  • Drying: At the same time, heated air is flowing through the drum, allowing the applied coating to be done rapidly.

  • Decantation: When the requisite coating level is reached, the tablets are unloaded from the drum for additional processing or packaging.

The coat is evenly flaked onto each tablet giving it a more aesthetically pleasing look while also serving an important purpose.

Customizable Coating Options

The Automatic Tablet Coater provides flexibility for a variety of coating needs:

  • Coat with Film: Adds a thin layer of polymer substance to mask taste and taste.

  • Sugar Coating: Adds a thicker, sweeter layer and used for visual purposes.

  • Enteric Coating: Tablets dissolve in specific regions of the gastrointestinal tract.

It also allows operators to control parameters like spray rate, temperature of air, and drum speed depending upon the requirements of the specific product.

User-Friendly Operation

The Automatic Tablet Coater is designed with the user in mind, with several features to enable ease of use:

  • Intuitive Controls: A touch-screen interface provides operators with the ability to monitor and adjust critical operating parameters for precision and consistency.

  • Automated Cleaning: Built-in Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems facilitate maintenance, minimizing the downtime between batches.

  • Safety Features: Safety mechanisms built into the machines protect operators and ensure equipment remains intact while in operation.

Key Features of Automatic Tablet Coater

  • GMP-Compliant Design: Prevents contaminable processing.

  • Fully Automatic Operation: Automates the coating process to ensure uniform production.

  • Coating Parameters: Can be customized and set according to different product requirements.

  • Advanced Monitoring System: Real time monitoring and control for better reliability

Automation/AI: Data-driven operation with a reduced hand-on approach.
