Our system comes with an adjustable filler. Your operators can adjust the height upto 125mm. So it can support different bottle sizes. Doesn’t matter if you want to fill large containers or narrow vials – the filler can easily work with different bottle heights and types. We have fabricated the contact parts of the machine from stainless steel 316. This guarantees hygiene and durability. Plus, this stainless steel construction complies with GMP standards.
Up-to-Date Gearbox and Drive System
The machine works with a heavy-duty gearbox (40:1 ratio). It connects to a 3-phase AC motor that operates at 1 HP (1440 rpm). This robust configuration ensures uninterrupted production. The drive speed is variable, so the system can manage different products easily. Such products may include soft gelatin capsules, pearls, etc.
Precision in Delivery Chutes
Our machine contains precise delivery chutes. These chutes take the counted products from the counting disc to the bottles through a tray.
