The tank has a double-jacketed vessel and comes with a thermic oil boiler. The boiler helps to maintain the materials’ temperature when carrying out mixing process. Thermic oil has to be filled into jacketed of the tank which heat the jacket and in turn material in shell get heated.

Advanced Mixing Mechanism
The jacketed mixing tank we designed works on a sophisticated mixing mechanism. It contains a series of paddle-type blades. Those blades are mounted on a hollow shaft. This strategic positioning guarantees a detailed mixing process. These blades are either pitched or flat. They can be customised according to application requirements.
The mixing process is unique because of the blades’ extraordinary operations. Two consecutive blades keep on moving in opposite directions. This movement leads to laminar thinning of the material. The paddles sit on scrapping arms. That way, they prevent any material from sticking to the vessel side when mixing.
Furthermore, the tank comes with independent drive systems. This motion gives precise control over the process. That way, the materials get consistently mixed to the desired texture and consistency.
Materials and Design
We have made our machines with high-quality stainless steel (304, 316, and 316L). These materials can resist corrosion and chemical reactions. Plus, they guarantee durability and long-term performance.
Coming to the design aspects, the tank comes in different capacities (from 5 litres to 50,000 litres). So, you can use them for small-scale productions and large-scale operations. What’s more, the tanks have heavy-duty legs. They give stability during operation. So, you don’t need any foundation structure to install the machine.
A flush bottom ball valve comes as an optional feature. It helps minimise residue accumulation after discharge.
Heating and Discharge Options
Our jacketed mixing tank’s design justifies its name. It comes with a heater-fitted jacket for top-notch temperature regulation. Therefore, you can use this machine to process materials that need optimal temperature when processing (herbal shampoos, liquid soap, handwash, etc.). This vessel ensures even heat distribution across the tank.
To discharge the material, your operators can fit different types of valves into the tank. This ensures flexibility. Plus, it makes it easy to remove the mixed product from the tank. The discharge height can also be adjusted according to user specifications.
