Rotary Structure

The machine boasts a rotary structure made from industry-grade materials. This facilitates vibration-free, smooth operation. The filling unit comes with a precision-engineered filling pump. It offers higher accuracy. So, you can use it with viscous and semi-viscous materials. This feature is extremely useful in packaging units that handle adhesives, creams, chemical substances, and cosmetics.

Nitrogen Gas Flushing

The device uses nitrogen gas flushing before and after the filling process. This gives solid protection against product contamination. Plus, you can get models with dual hoppers. This allows multicoloured filling.

Dual Models

We have updated this product category with two models. The PTMF 30 features a single head, and it can fill upto 30 tubes per minute. The other one is PTMF 60. This has a double head, and it can fill upto 60 tubes per minute. Both models come with a no tube-no fill.

Orientation and Vacuum Cleaning

Our machine comes with orientation and vacuum cleaning. So they can easily remove dust particles. Plus, they have built-in sensors. Hence, they can detect reverse tubes, air pressures drop, and jammed tubes.

Ease of Operation

Our automatic tube-filling machine supports tool-less adjustments. Plus, they come with position indicators. So you can set this machine up easily. Additionally, reproducing during changeovers become handier.

Automatic Tube Filling Machine Working Principle

Our automatic tube-filling machine works on a combination of semi-mechanical and pneumatic processes. It comes with a rotary aluminium table that holds different sockets for different tube sizes. Moreover, the system is systemically indexed and timed. Hence, it allows various operations to be performed at each station.

The detailed working methodology is broken down here:

Tube Loading: The machine has a pneumatically operated vacuum cup. It collects and places the tubes on the rotating tables.

Orientation: The machine then automatically rotates eye-marked tubes using stepper motors and colour photo sensors. This guarantees the right positioning.

Vacuum Cleaning: The system has a diving nozzle attached to the vacuum pump. It helps clean the tube interior and removes all foreign particles.

Filling: At the next step, the machine’s dedicated filling section fills up the tubes using a positive displacement pump. It can handle tubes of 10 grams to 250 grams.

Hot Air Blowing: Once the filling is done, the machine uses hot air preheats to seal the tube’s internal layer efficiently. At the same time, a water-circulating system keeps the tube’s outer layer intact.

Sealing and Trimming: Finally, the machine’s straight-line sealing jaws seal the tubes securely, and then excess materials are trimmed from its sealed end. This helps maintain a smooth and clean finish.
