Working Principle of Pre Filled Syringe Filler Equipment
- Syringes has to be load onto a tray of 100 pre filled syringes (depends upon syringe size) onto Stainless Steel Stand. After loading procedure, tray has to be put onto filling station of the machine.
- Operator has to start filling operation from control panel of the machine.
- Automatic filling cycle starts in 10 steps with at a time 10 syringes will be filled with help of Stainless Steel Valve less Syringes.
- After Filling Operations, one has to taken back tray of filled syringes and have to load onto the stoppering unit. Stoppering Unit is having similar type of tray loading mechanism as of Filling Unit.
- After loading one has to close the evacuation & Stoppering chamber.
- Now, start the stoppering operation from the control panel of the machine.
- Automatic stoppering cycle starts one by one as per the programmed Stoppering cycle mentioned as under. 100 Stoppers are plugged into the Pre-filled syringes precisely after vacuum hold cycle. (Stoppering & Evacuation cycle details is mentioned in below of this page)
- Now last cycle of nitrogen flushing with vacuum break completes the Stoppering operation.
- Now syringes are filled and stoppered. One can unload Tray from the machine for transfer it in desired area.
