This ampoule mono-block filling line was created by Adinath International using technologies from partners in Germany and Italy. It includes a vertical ultrasonic ampoule washing machine of the highest quality, a machine for ampoule hot air circulation drying and sterilizing, a machine for vertical ampoule filling and sealing, a cabinet, and an isolator base system that meets US FDA requirements. Our filling line is small enough to be used alone or in conjunction with other pieces of machinery.
Our ampoule filling line operation will involve transporting ampoules using a mesh belt, starting the ampoules through a washer unit and starting to pour water, ampoules being washed ultrasonically, flushed, filled with gas, preheated, dried, and sterilized with cooling, ampoules being filled with nitrogen before filling, filled with nitrogen after filling, and sealed as well.
Our ongoing production and updated base in accordance with cGMP, USFDA standard ampoule and vial filling line can also be used to produce injectable in vials at the fastest possible speeds and to finish the operation of an injectable powder or liquid production line.
- 1 to 20 milliliters of ampoule filling space is appropriate. Using a syringe, ampoules are changed out.

Ampoule filler – Ampoule filling machine with 8 to 16 station (head) nozzles, stepping type transmission system, stainless steel type structure, prior nitrogen filling and full return nitrogen, pre-heating ampoule fill seal machine. 300 to 500 ampoules per minute of speed are possible.
