Working Principle of 100 Holes Capsule Filling Machine

• Fill the loading tray with empty capsules, then set the tray down on the machine.  Verify that the front knob is turned to the right.
• Forward the locking lever. Pull the long handle down to remove the caps from all the bodies. 
• The tray with all the caps should be set aside.
• By pulling back the locking lever, the capsule bodies will descend and level off with the filling surface.
• Put the powder tray on the filler to prevent powder spills.
• The powder has been measured; pour and spread.  Put any surplus powder on the shelf of the powder tray. 
  Lock and lower the tamper.
• Compressing the powder by turning the handle enables you to pack more powder into each capsule.
• Spread excess powder from the shelf into the capsules with the tamper raised to achieve uniform fill weights.
• Bring the cap-containing tray back to the filler. Lower the locking plate by turning the front knob to the left. 
  To lock the plate, engage the lock.
• Holding the long handle of the tamper, press down on it. All of the capsules are now securely closed in one motion as bodies are pushed up into caps.
• Locking plate requires disengaging lock. Turn the front knob to the right while lifting the locking plate.
• Release the long handle to reveal the tray of finished capsules.
• The capsules are now filled. 
  The capsules will all fall out of the tray if you turn the tray.
