How It Works?
Container Placement:
The operator places an empty bottle or container under the filling nozzle on the platform or conveyor.
Filling Activation:
After the container is set in place, filling commences via footswitch or push-button control, giving the operator complete control over every cycle.
Liquid Dispensing:
Depending on the model, the machine uses a volumetric dosing system: piston-based or peristaltic pump. This aids in dispensing a high-accuracy set volume of liquid into the container. The fill volume is easily adjustable with the control knob or digital settings.
Nozzle Operation:
They are anti-drip nozzles and may even be diving—designed to minimize foaming or splashing—during the filling of foamy or viscous products.
Cycle Completion:
Once the filling cycle is finished, the operator takes out the filled container and places a new empty container, and a subsequent process starts. Such a semi-automatic system offers sufficient flexibility but still ensures a regular production rhythm.
