How It Works?

Bottle Feeding: Bottles are automatically indexed onto the rotary platform via an infeed star wheel.

Bottle Positioning: A rotating turret reliably positions bottles beneath the powder-filling nozzles.

Powder Dosing: A rotary dosing wheel and auger system dispense powder into bottles at the desired quantity.

Rubber Stoppering: Post-filling, rubber stoppers are placed in the bottles using a synchronized pressing mechanism.
- Outfeed: Stoppered bottles are then passed automatically to the next stage of the packaging line.
- Continuous Monitoring: The system shuts down automatically when the pressure in the air tube is low, or when vacuum is present, for safety and consistency. (optional)
