How It Works?
Vial Infeed and Positioning: The vials are automatically fed to the machine with the help of inbuilt turntables at the infeed, which align and position the vials with great accuracy for filling.
Filling with Liquid: The machine features diving nozzles for filling without foam and with high precision at ±1% accuracy, depending on the fill volume and liquid type.
Rubber Stoppering: After filling, rubber stoppers are placed exactly on vials using a state-of-art stoppering system, resulting in a sealed and sterile secured environment.
Vial Exit: Once sealed, vials are effortlessly transferred to the outfeed turntable for the next production phase.
A user-friendly interface and security features
A variable frequency drive system is associated with the A.C. motor drive, which is responsible for speed controlling and is controlled according to production requirements. To prevent environmental contamination, wastage safety systems like “No Vial – No Fill” and “No Stopper – Machine Stop” help keep machines working effectively and safely.
