Fabricated from SS 316L contact parts, the Double Head Powder Filling and Rubber Stoppering Machine is made of stainless steel construction and built following GMP and FDA standards. The seamless design provides a reduced contamination risk and is compatible with cleanroom integration and easy sterilization, allowing compliance with aseptic manufacturing protocols.

How It Works?

  • Vial Infeed:

    Sterilized vials are fed via the infeed turntable onto the main conveyor system.

  • Powder Filling:

    Vials travel underneath a dual-head, eight-port twin powder wheel. It works on both principles and can be used in tray-based powder filling as well.

  • Rubber Stoppering:

    Vials are sent to the automated vibratory rubber stoppering stage; a stopper is securely placed on each vial immediately after filling.

  • Vial Outfeed:

    Filled and stoppered vials are automatically conveyed to the outfeed turntable for further processing.
