How It Works?
- Container Infeed
A stainless steel slat conveyor automatically feeds bottles or containers. Before reaching the filling station, a pneumatically controlled twin stopper system ensures they are properly spaced apart.
- Liquid Filling Operation
The six-head volumetric piston-type system provides accurate and repeatable filling. The stainless steel syringes are all fully adjustable, allowing for a wide range of fill volumes.
- Foam-Free Filling
The filling system uses the nozzle during fill, preventing foaming and splashing in the container, ideal for foamy or any non viscous liquid.
- Exit & Transfer
Containers move efficiently along the conveyor line to the next step in the package (capping, labeling, inspection) after the fill cycle.
