How It Works?

Bottle Infeed: Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and directed into the infeed starwheel, positioning them with the correct spacing and orientation.

Cap Feeding: Caps are directed to the capping station in an oriented manner, using an orientation-type cap feeder or vibratory bowl feeder, depending upon the shape and size of the cap.

Capping Method: Simultaneous descent of 6 capping heads, each engaging with a cap and screwing onto the bottle with the appropriate torque.

Bottle Exit: Fully closed bottles are transported from the capping station to the outfeed conveyor for further processing or packaging.
