How It Works?

Vial Infeed: Stoppered vials are loaded onto the machine’s conveyor from the upstream filling station.

Vial Spacing and Transfer: An infeed worm spaces the vials accurately and guides vials to an infeed starwheel.

Cap Placement: Aluminum caps are oriented by a vibratory bowl feeder and fed into a chute, where they are dropped onto the vial as it advances.

Sealing Process: Vials are placed upon a spring-loaded platform that utilizes rollers that exert constant, even pressure to crimp the aluminum cap tightly.

Vial Discharge: Sealed vials are pushed off by an exit starwheel and onto the outfeed conveyor for further processing.
