How It Works?

Bottle Infeed:
Bottles are fed onto the conveyor, spaced using an infeed worm, and guided into the infeed starwheel.

Cap Placement:
ROPP caps are oriented and fed to the capping head through a cap feeder system.

Capping Process:
The capping head descends and uses spinning rollers to press and form the aluminum ROPP cap tightly around the bottle neck, ensuring a tamper-evident seal.

Bottle Discharge:
Sealed bottles exit through the starwheel and continue down the conveyor for the next stage of packaging.
