Fabricated from SS 316L contact parts, the Automatic Linear Vial Washing Machine is made of stainless steel construction, built following GMP and FDA standards. How It Works?
Feeding & Indexing:
Vials are loaded onto the conveyor and accurately indexed into single pockets. The layout guarantees that every vial is aligned for washing in an ideal manner.
Three-Cycle Washing:
The system implements three inner rinsing cycles and two outer rinsing cycles, using high-pressure jets trained specifically on the center of each vial. This multiple-stage procedure thoroughly cleans residue, targets particulates, and even removes contaminating agents.
Drainage & Discharge:
At the end of the rinsing cycles, the vials are effectively drained (only traces of water remain) by optimized nozzles and drainage design. The bottles come out almost dry and prepared for the next process.
Zone Separation:
It is designed as a tunnel, with the feeding area for the vials in another sector than the discharge sector, which ensures sterility and minimizes any chances of cross-contamination.
Mechanical Isolation:
All the mechanical drives are mounted outside the washing chamber to provide extra hygiene and GMP compliance.
