How It Works?

• Bottle Infeed: Bottles are automatically guided onto the conveyor and spaced via an infeed worm before entering the starwheel.

• Cap Orientation: Caps are fed into the machine and aligned using either a bowl or an elevator feeder.

• Capping Process: Four capping heads simultaneously descend and apply accurate torque to screw caps securely in place.

• Bottle Outfeed: After sealing, the bottles are transferred to the outfeed conveyor for further processing or packing.
