Vial Washing Machine Video
How It Works?
-
The washing process begins with vials being fed from the infeed turntable onto dual conveyors that traverse the washing process.
-
First, vials are externally cleaned with high pressure through water jet wash using specially placed spray nozzles.
-
A miniature air jet system with angled knife blocks is then used to dry all vial surfaces. At the exit of the conveyor, a special configuration of air jets, directed onto the bottom of the vials to dry them, is arranged.
This complete process is controlled by a PLC-based system, which stops the water and air supply whenever the acrylic doors are opened during the process, tripping alarms/indications to keep the environment/process safe.
Key Features of Vial Washing Machine
- GMP Design
The system is constructed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice standards to demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety.
- Vial-Size Compatibility
Vial sizes can range between 5ml to 100ml without using change parts, enhancing workflow and minimizing downtime.
- No Vial – No Wash System
Interrupts water and air supply to prevent wastage if there is no vial on the conveyor
- Maintenance-Friendly
Easy to clean and maintain, ensuring long-term reliability and functionality.
- PLC-Based Washer
Utilizes a Programmable Logic Controller for accurate control and monitoring of the washing procedure.
- Safety Interlocks
It stops the water and air supply automatically when the acrylic doors are opened during operation, along with an alarm and indication in PLC.
- Resource efficiency
It works well with ordinary water; No hot water is required, and it is more energy efficient.
- Integrated Turn Tables
Infeed and outfeed turntables for seamlessly transporting vials.
- Variable Speed Control
Based on variable A.C., frequency drive speed varies for the main drive, as well as the unscrambler and the scrambler, as per the production requirements.
- Acrylic Covering
This is covering of the automatic machine, where you can see the operations while safeguarding against external contaminants
