How It Works?

  • Container Infeed:

    Containers are fed through a stainless steel slat conveyor. A pneumatically operated twin stopper system precisely spaces each bottle before filling begins.

  • Liquid Filling Operation:

    The machine uses an eight-head piston-type volumetric filling system. Each stainless steel syringe operates independently, allowing fine-tuned adjustments for variable fill volumes across a wide range of container sizes.

  • Foam-Free Filling:

    A diving nozzle mechanism enters the containers during filling to prevent foam generation or liquid splashing—particularly beneficial for foamy or sensitive products.

  • Exit & Transfer:

    Once filled, bottles continue along the conveyor to subsequent packaging stations, such as capping or labeling units.
