How It Works?

The inclined infeed conveyor belt is loaded with sterilized ampoules.

Next, a star wheel moves the ampoules into a rotating inspection drum fitted out with spinning stations.

Ampoules are visually inspected at each inspection station for particulate contamination, fill volume accuracy, and cosmetic defects.

The outfeed is occupied by ampoules of quality, and those that meet the rejection system parameters are automatically separated and sorted.
