Different Types of Screw Capping Machines

Screw Capping Equipment

In the pharmaceutical and other FMCG industries, capping bottles, vials, and other containers is second in importance to filling the container. To keep healthcare products, medications, food, and drinking goods like beverages for a long time, the cap sealing must be done in a sterile atmosphere and precisely. To avoid human contamination, this needs more automation. Manufacturers of pharmaceutical machinery are aware of how important this is and provide a variety of  screw capping machines with varied characteristics for bulk cap sealing. Depending on the type of container capping, there are various types of capping machines.

Bottle Screw Capping Machine

The screw heads on the bottles are sealed using screw capping equipment. Multiple pharmaceutical machines are utilized for filling and capping jobs. Some of the equipment is only used for capping or filling. Cap sealing machines are another name for capping machines. For liquid and powder filling, tablet pressing, and bottle and vial capping, Adinath International offers a wide variety of equipment. These include screw, ROPP, and Flipp-Off capping machines. Depending on the machine’s capping capacity, the prices for each machine vary. One sealing head, single head bottle screw capping/ROPP capping equipment can cap 1000–3000 bottles per hour. With varying sealing heads from 4, 6, and 8, single head vial PP/Flip off capping machines are available in three variants with incremental capping capabilities up to 6000, 9000, and 12000 vials, respectively.

Four Head/Six Head/Eight Head Bottle Capping Machines

Using a four-head automatic capping machine and the typical bottle size specified in the handbook, up to 6000 bottles can be capped every hour. A bottle screw capping machine with six heads can cap up to 9000 bottles per hour, while a machine with eight heads can cap up to 12000 bottles per hour. More heads mean a quicker capping job. The choice of machine depends on the demands of the job. High head counts on capping machines enable greater task completion in a shorter amount of time for bulk manufacturing and capping.

  Cleaning & Washing Machine

Pharmaceutical, consumer, and FMCG production facilities use washers for vials and bottles. Washing the containers as part of a system prepares them to hold the required product. As some of the products/medicines are highly sensitive and react even when exposed to air, the machine uses a variety of ways for bulk washing with a high degree of cleanliness to make the container clean and neat without contamination. As a result, the procedure must be performed using equipment that adheres to specific medical standards.
