Fabricated from SS 316L contact parts, the entire Onion Skin Ampoule Filling Machine is made of stainless steel construction and built in accordance with GMP and FDA standards. The seamless design provides a reduced contamination risk and is compatible with cleanroom integration and easy sterilization, allowing compliance with aseptic manufacturing protocols.
How It Works?
The automated machine follows these steps:

Infeed and Starwheel: After the sterilized ampoules are loaded into the slant hopper, they are fed one by one through a synchronized star wheel onto a moving eccentric rack.

Pre Gassing: Nitrogen removes oxygen before filling.

Filling: Ampoules are perfectly filled with liquid.
-
Gassing: Nitrogen is flushed a second time to preserve sterility.

Pre-Heating: The necks of the ampoules are pre-heated with an LPG-Oxygen flame.

Sealing: Ampoules are hermetically sealed using flame and rotation.

At last, filled and sealed ampoules are automatically discharged onto a collection tray (which is ready for inspection or labeling).

Special Burners: Offer burners that accommodate double glass with film thicknesses of 0.3mm–0.8mm for proper sealing.
