How It Works?

Vial Feeding: Sterilized vials are placed on the infeed turntable and are fed into the moving conveyor.

Filling Station: The powder dosing system uses a rotary dosing system to dispense an extremely accurate amount of powder into each vial.

Rubber Stoppering: Next in line, a vacuum-assisted rubber stoppering system places stoppers securely on top of each vial as they continue through the process.

Monitoring & Safety: Utilizing an array of sensors, the machine actively checks air pressure, vacuum levels, and stopper positions, preventing the production of defective products. If anything deviates, the process stops immediately.

Outfeed: Stoppered vials are transferred to the outfeed turntable for further processing.
