How It Works?

• Bottle Infeed; Bottles are fed onto the conveyor via an infeed turntable or upstream equipment.

• Bottle Positioning: A star wheel aligns and spaces bottles before they reach the capping head.

• Cap Feeding: Caps are delivered from a hopper to the chute through a vibratory or mechanical feeder with speed control.

• Capping Operation: The capping head applies uniform torque to seal the caps as the synchronized turret ensures smooth, continuous motion.

• Bottle Discharge: Sealed bottles move to the outfeed conveyor for further processing.

• Safety Sensors: Sensors stop the machine if no bottle or cap is detected, preventing errors and wastage.
