How It Works?
- Bottle Infeed
The empty bottles are automatically fed onto the SS slat conveyor through the infeed turntable integrated into the machine.
- Precise Positioning
The spacing of bottles is aligned with the auger heads.
- Powder Filling
Two augers deliver the exact amount of powder chosen by the user into each bottle for perfect precision.
- No Bottle – No Fill
Sensors ensure that the filling only happens when a bottle is present to prevent loss of product.
- Bottle Outfeed
Bottles from fillers are moved seamlessly through the next packaging process (sealing, capping, labeling, etc.).
