Sterile Construction for Critical Environments

Fabricated from SS 316L contact parts, the entire machine is made of stainless steel construction and built in accordance with GMP and FDA standards. The seamless design provides a reduced contamination risk and is compatible with cleanroom integration and easy sterilization, allowing compliance with aseptic manufacturing protocols.

How It Works?

Infeed Hopper

The infeed hopper is loaded with sterilized closed-mouth ampoules.

Star Wheel

A star wheel or cassette puts them onto a moving rack, which carries the ampoules at an angle past different stations:​

Pre Gassing

In a pre-gassing step, nitrogen gas is flushed into the ampoule to exchange oxygen.

Filling

The filling liquid product is accurately filled into aseptically closed ampoules.

Flushing

Additional nitrogen flushing is done after gassing to safeguard the product.

Sealing

The ampoule is hermetically sealed with a flame to keep the product free from contamination.

Collection Tray

The filled and sealed ampoules are automatically collected on the collection tray.
