How It Works?
Container Infeed:
A synchronized SS slat conveyor is used to automatically feed the bottles or containers. A pneumatically operated twin stopper system is used to accurately space them before they reach the filling station.
Liquid Filling Operation:
This machine adopts a two-headed volumetric piston filling mechanism that fills liquids with both accuracy and precision through two stainless steel syringes. This provides for the independent adjustment of separate syringes for variable fill volumes.
Foam-Free Filling:
The Nozzle mechanism that comes into the bottle during filling eliminates splashing or foaming. This makes it critical for foamy liquids and clean fills.
Exit & Transfer:
When filled, containers are transported via the conveyor to the next packaging station, ready for capping or labeling.
