How It Works?
Bottle Feeding:
An infeed turntable automatically feeds bottles onto the conveyor. The bottles are perfectly aligned with the filling heads using a twin pneumatic stopper specially designed for this purpose.
Volumetric Filling Mechanism:
This Automatic Four Head Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine consists of 4 stainless steel volumetric syringes and can provide exact filling volumes consistently. The size of each syringe is individually adjustable depending on the actual size of the container.
Foam-Free Filling:
