Fabricated from SS 316 contact parts, the Automatic Four Head Vial Capping Machine is made of stainless steel construction and built following GMP and FDA standards. How It Works?

• Vial Infeed: Vials enter the conveyor and move into the infeed starwheel — evenly spaced and standing upright

• Cap Feeding: Caps are oriented and fed to the capping station automatically by a vibrating bowl feeder.

• Capping Process: In this phase, four capping heads lower down at the same time to engage a cap and apply the appropriate force to seal the cap onto the vial neck to produce a tight seal that is resistant to tampering.

• Vial Discharge: Sealed vials are directly transported from the capper to the outfeed conveyor for the next steps in the process or packaging.

• Variable Speed Cap Feeder This equipment has the capability to feed in caps at exactly the same speed as production

• Fast Changeover Whenever the vials and caps size is changed, the time and machine settings taken for the changeover are kept to a minimum.

• Easy Clean The hopper is fully dismountable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

• Safety Features Several safety mechanisms are in place, including a clutch system that helps to reduce the impact of vials in case of breakage on the operator.
