How It Works?

The slant hopper of the machine is filled with sterilized ampoules.

An ampoule is then released onto a moving eccentric rack by a synchronized star wheel.

The machine carries out pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing operations in a sequence while the rack is non-operational.

The same ampoules, once filled and sealed, are then automatically collected onto a collection tray without any human or manual intervention.
