Quality & Compliance
The US FDA does not certify machines. It inspects how your facility makes medicines. Our job is to give you equipment that is easy to clean, qualify and control, with the documents your quality team needs under 21 CFR Part 211.
We check your URS line by line and issue a DQ that records how each requirement is met in the design.
Your machine is run and tested at our Ahmedabad facility before dispatch, against a FAT protocol agreed with you.
Installation and operational qualification documents help your validation team complete site qualification faster.
Product-contact parts in SS 316L with argon-welded, polished finishes, supported by material test certificates.

Yes. We manufacture in Ahmedabad, India and export complete machines and lines, with crating, shipping documents and freight arranged to the US port or site you specify.
The FDA does not approve or certify manufacturing equipment. It inspects your facility and processes under cGMP rules such as 21 CFR Part 211. We design our machines for cleanability and control, and supply DQ, IQ, OQ and FAT documents to support your qualification.
Yes. We configure motors and control panels for your site voltage and 60 Hz frequency. Share your electrical and safety requirements when you enquire so they are built into the design.
Yes. A Factory Acceptance Test can be carried out at our facility before dispatch, using a protocol agreed with you. Your team or a nominated representative is welcome to attend.
Yes. Our engineers can travel to your facility for installation, commissioning and start-up, and train your operators and maintenance team on the machine.
